Our Story

Rocky Mountain Bagel Works is a family-owned and managed business.  We were established in 1993 and have been serving the best NY-style bagels in Northern Colorado for almost three decades.

Our bagels are made from scratch daily.  We use only the best unbleached high gluten wheat, malt, salt, and brown sugar to make our base dough.  NO preservatives, dough conditioner, or absorb acid added, EVER.  Our dough is made in small 50 pound batches and is hand stretched.  Our gourmet flavored bagels are made with natural ingredients.  Quality in and quality out.

Every morning, way before the sun rises, we begin the process of making our NY-style bagels.  They are boiled and then baked in a stone hearth oven at almost 500 degrees.  Come taste the difference.
